Terms of service

By using AI Productivity Review ("this site"), you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, the fix is simple: don't use the site.

What this site is

AI Productivity Review publishes reviews, comparisons, and guides about AI productivity tools, agents, and methods, written from hands-on testing. It's one person's tested opinion, not professional, financial, medical, or legal advice, and it shouldn't be treated as a guarantee that any tool will work for your specific situation.

No guarantees

Every review reflects genuine testing at the time it was written or last updated (see How I Test), but software changes fast. A tool's pricing, features, or quality can change after a review is published. I try to keep things current, and every article shows when it was last checked, but I can't guarantee that what you read today matches what you'll find when you sign up.

Some links on this site are affiliate links, meaning I may earn a commission if you purchase through them, at no extra cost to you. Full details are on the Affiliate Disclosure page. Using this site means you've seen that disclosure.

Your use of the site

You're welcome to read, share, and link to anything on this site. You're not welcome to scrape the content wholesale and republish it as your own, rip off the "How I Test" methodology word-for-word and pass it off as an original process, or use this site in a way that's illegal or that messes with its normal operation for other visitors.

Third-party sites

Links to other companies' websites are provided for convenience. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for what happens on them, including their own terms, pricing, or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, AI Productivity Review and Theo Keene aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, your reliance on anything written here, or your decision to buy (or not buy) any tool reviewed here. That decision is yours.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change as the site grows. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
