About Author - Theo Keene
Founder & Reviewer, AI Productivity Review
Theo Keene has an unreasonable number of opinions about AI agents, and a graveyard of productivity apps he paid for and abandoned before he started writing about them for a living instead. He created AI Productivity Review to do the thing most "best AI tools" lists skip: actually use the tools, for real work, long enough to find out if they hold up.
Focus areas: AI agents and automation, AI writing and note-taking tools, and productivity methods built for brains that don't run on willpower alone.
How Theo tests: every tool gets a minimum of two weeks of daily use against real tasks before a review gets written, scored the same five ways every time. Full process on the How I Test page.

Noted that there's a real person on the other end of this page lol. His name is at the bottom of every article, and it's the same name that'll be reading whatever you send.
I read everything that lands here. I don't promise a fast reply, because it's just me and some weeks are heavier than others, but I do promise a real one, not a template.
What's useful to send
A tool or agent you think I should test. Tell me what it does and why it earned a place on your machine, not just the name.
A correction. If something I wrote is out of date, wrong, or doesn't match your own experience with a tool, say so. I'd rather know.
A question about a review before you buy something. I'm not a customer support line for the tools I write about, but if you're stuck choosing between two options I've covered, ask.
Press, partnerships, and sponsorship inquiries. Put "partnership" in the subject line so I can find it. Read the disclosure page first - it's the same rules whether you're a two-person startup or a company with a marketing department.
What isn't going to get a useful reply
Pitches that clearly went to fifty other sites with my name swapped in via mail merge. I can tell. Everyone can tell.
