About AI Productivity Review
I have ADHD. For most of my life, "getting organized" meant buying the next planner, downloading the next app, trying the next system some productivity guru swore by - and watching it fall apart within a couple of weeks, same as the last one.
What actually changed things for me wasn't another planner. It was AI - specifically, the current generation of AI tools and agents that can do a lot of the executive-function work ADHD makes hard
That's why this site exists.
What you'll find here
AI Productivity is where I share the AI tools, agents, tech, and methods that are actually worth your time - and skip the ones that just add another thing to keep track of. Specifically, that's:
Tool and agent reviews — tested on my own easily-derailed workflow before they ever make it onto this site. If something doesn't survive a genuinely bad focus day, it doesn't get recommended.
Productivity methods that work, even for neurodivergent — for task initiation, time blindness, context-switching, and follow-through.
AI and automation breakdowns — practical setups for using agents to offload the parts of "staying organized" that cost the most mental energy, explained without the hype.
Why listen to me
I spend an unreasonable amount of time testing productivity and AI tools so you don't have to sort the useful ones from the noise yourself. My filter is simple: does this survive contact with a real, distractible Tuesday, or is it just another well-designed app that'll sit unused by week three? Everything I write about has been run through that filter first.
A quick note on how this site makes money: some links here are affiliate links, meaning I may earn a small commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. That never changes what gets recommended - I only write up tools I've actually used and would use again, commission or not.
